With over two decades in the kitchen, Ronnie Leonhardt brings experience, creativity, and heart to his role as Sous Chef — second-in-command in the Courtyard Bistro kitchen. A self-taught cook who worked his way up from dishwasher, he’s cooked across St. Tammany Parish and earned a reputation for his dedication and love of the craft.

He believes food should be fun — a way to bring people together, explore new ideas, and make even healthy meals taste great. At home, his kids are his toughest critics, and he brings that same care and thoughtfulness into every dish he prepares.

Passionate about gardening and excited to grow with a happy, collaborative team, Ronnie is committed to faith, family, and creating food that makes people feel good.
